a) LATERAL HOPS (stick and hold)

- starting in skating position

- jump on Bosu Ball

- land and hold

Tips:

1) Focus on balance on Bosu Ball

2) Soft stabil landings on the floor

 

 

b)  Bosu Balls (lateral hops)


 - stay in semi squat

  •   - focus on balance

 

Tips:

1) Start with balls close together

2) Move balls wider when comfortable
