Plyometric Box Set 12,18,24,30 Red
a) Forward Hop Ups (4 different heights)
- start in squat
- jump up on box
- return to floor
Tips:
1) Start low, exploding up on to box
2) Soft landing coming off box
b) V Angle 1 Leg Lateral Jumps

- right to left
- deep coil landing
Tips:
1) Always have just 1 leg on box
