- jump up on box

- return to floor

 

Tips:

1) Start low, exploding up on to box

2) Soft landing coming off box

 

 

 b) V Angle 1 Leg Lateral Jumps

- deep coil landing

 

Tips:

1) Always have just 1 leg on box

c) Vertical Leaps

- from squat

- exploding jump

- soft landing

 

 

Tips:

1) Jump with the entire body

2) Light stabil landing
