1) Push Up Claps

- keep body level

- come off the floor

- clap hands

 

 

2) Body Hops

- keep body level

3) Plyo Pull Ups

 

- pull up

- at top bring hands quickly off the bar

- grab bar again and go down

 

 

4) Plyo Dips

- dip down

- come up

- at the top, quickly hop hands off bar
